Safety & compliance
Children, parents and staff move around our work every day. Our WHS system is built for that reality — documented end to end, audited on site, and reported to SINSW monthly on active projects.
The system
Our documented WHS framework: risk management, incident response, consultation, subcontractor management, continuous review.
Safe Work Method Statements for all high-risk work and task-level Job Safety Analysis — prepared site-specifically, never photocopied between jobs.
Hazard identification at establishment, site-specific safety audits during delivery, incident reporting with corrective-action tracking.
Every person on site is inducted and signs in daily, inside fenced, separated work zones on live campuses.
Monthly WHS contractor reports submitted to School Infrastructure NSW on active projects — our reporting is already in their format.
Work within school asbestos registers under the SINSW School Asbestos Management Process, using SINSW-approved hygienists.
Live campuses
Fenced, separated work zones. Deliveries timed around drop-off, pick-up and play. Exclusion zones around excavation. It isn't glamorous — it's the reason principals give us their gate code.
